The reconditioning line. A discarded motor returned to working specification, stripped, rewound where required, vibration-balanced, and bench-tested under load. Twelve-month warranty, full electrical report.
A Renew retrofit is the circular route: an existing motor is taken in, stripped to bare components, rewound where the insulation has degraded, vibration-balanced, and bench-tested under load. The motor leaves the workshop with a fresh twelve-month warranty and a full electrical report. For a fleet under capex pressure or an installation where the original part is irreplaceable, Renew keeps the machine in service without buying new. Energy efficiency is preserved at the original IE class, the upgrade is to the asset's remaining life, not to the nameplate.
